The subject of the order is the development of a full range ofthis design and cost estimate documentation in the scope of the construction design, BIOZ plan, design for the necessary demolitions and technical and executive design along with the technical specification for the execution and acceptance of works, bill of quantities and investor cost estimate for all industries for the task titled"Expansion of the Hospital Emergency Department at the Gabriel Narutowicz Municipal Specialist Hospital in Krakow with a helicopter landing pad on the roof and land development" on plot no. 428/12, precinct 44.
The order also includes author's supervisionand making a one-time update of the investor's cost estimates before the Ordering Party initiates the tender procedure for the performance of construction works.
All construction and executive documentation must be developed in a solid model - BIM. As standard for the entire pro processdesign in the BIM methodology for this project, BIM Standard PL 2.0 should be adopted. The Ordering Party also allows for the possibility of relying on the PN-EN ISO 19650 standard.
