Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order includes the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation for the reconstruction and renovation of building no. 20 HYDRO of the Gdańsk University of Technology, together with obtaining a decision on a building permit issued by the competent architectural and construction administration authority, hereby as: Documentation, providing explanations regarding the Documentation, in particular during the procedure for awarding public procurement for construction works, and exercising author's supervision., 2. The documentation is intended to adapt the building to the current needs of the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineeringska, through, among others, new division of rooms, new functions of rooms, and adaptation of the building to current regulations, requires fire protection and adaptation of the building for disabled people., 3. Providing explanations regarding documentation, including in the course of public procurement proceedings for construction worksand the author's supervision will be exercised for a total period of a maximum of 36 months from the date of receipt of the Documentation, confirmed by the final handover and acceptance protocol, however, the author's supervision will begin with the commencement of construction works and end with...
