Expression of Interest are invited for Preparation of the Design of Tulkarm Wastewater Treatment Plant and North-East Ramallah Wastewater Treatment Plant

The Palestinian Liberation Organization (PLO) for the benefit of the Palestinian Authority has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Water Security Development - Gaza Central Desalination Program: Associated Works Project Phase I (AWP-Phase 1), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services.

The Central Tendering Department (CTD) now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are: 1. General experience: A consulting firm specialized in water and wastewater with at least 15 years- Experience; 2. Specific experience: Experience in the field of water and sanitation, especially in the conceptual and detail design of medium and large scale WWTPs and preparation of tender documents. Records and completion certificates proofing the qualification and experience must be presented in the documents with the Expression of Interest (list presented should not exceed 10 relevant projects. The first relevant10 projects will only be considered). As part of the list, at least one similar assignment, study in the last 5 years, preferably with the activated sludge technology, continuous flow, SBR or MBR.
