Prequalifications are invited for Preparation of a Feasibility Study, Detailed Designs and Bidding Documents for the Improvement and Equipping of Normal Schools at the National Level Project in Nicaragua.
The Ministry of Education (MINED) intends to generate a short list of Kuwait Firms qualified for
the assignment. Only shortlisted firms will receive the Request for Proposals.
Interested consulting firms must provide information indicating that, individually or in consortium
with Nicaraguan firms, they are qualified and experienced to develop the consultancy,
indicating main business, years of experience in the business, description of similar jobs,
experience in similar conditions, structure technical and administrative organizational of the
company. The consulting firm must attach brochures and firm (or consortium) portfolio.
A consulting firm will be selected, in accordance with the procedures of Law number 737, Law
of Administrative Contracting of the Public Sector of Nicaragua and its Regulations
(Competitive basis).
Interested consulting firms may obtain further information at the address below during office
hours from 08:00 am. to 05:00 pm. Nicaragua local time, from Monday to Friday.
Expression of interest must be delivered with two (2) copies to the address below before
Tuesday, May 18th 2021.
