The subject of the performance is the development of an implementation project and the construction of a photovoltaic power plant for the production of electricity at the site of the ENO Povodne odlakisko with a capacity of 10MWp, including related equipment as indicated in Annex no. 1 of this Notice.
The contractor will implement the construction of new energyequipment for the production of electricity from solar energy and a photovoltaic power plant with a planned minimum installed capacity of 10MWp in the location of Elektrarne Novaky, the area of the original sludge treatment plant based on the implementation project developed by him. The construction of the PV plant represents the installation of photovoltaic panelselectrics on the upper surface of the original tailings pond, including the installation of the necessary technology for performance (kiosks, converters, structures). Subsequently, the HV output will be brought out from this location by cable to the Elektrarne Novaky area, namely to the existing 22 kV substation R02 ENOA dungeon No. 3. The PV plant will be arranged in 2MWp blocks due to the use of standard manufactured components (substations). The panels are connected into chains (strings) with connections in MDAC switchboards, where there will be fuse elements for individual strings and their overvoltage protections. Power from the photovoltaic panels will be output through DC/AC converters to the distributionthe teaching system of VN or EIA.
