Fortum Power and Heat Oy is planning to build two heat pump plants, one in Espoo and the other in Kirkkonummi, and the connecting district heating lines to distribute the heat to Espoo and Kirkkonummi district heating network. Heat source of the heat pump plant is a data center which is located next to the heat pump plant. Both plants also include Air-to-water heat pumps part which produce extra heat to the cooling network to create higher load for heat pumps connected to district heating lines. Aim of the tender is for Purchaser to procure distribution transformers. The agreement covers procurement, delivery, installation and commissioning of the scope of supply and options.
