Frevar KF invites tenderers to submit a qualification request for participation in a competition for the contract E04 Emission Pipeline, in 1045 project FARA. The competition is being held in accordance with the supply regulations part II as a two stage competition with prequalification and concerns the procurement of a Water and Sewage and GEO for emission pipelines on land and in sea/recipients. The competition will be subject to procedure form negotiations after a prior notice, in accordance with the utilities regulationS FOR-2016-08-12-975 (hereafter for FOR) § 9-1.The new treatment facility shall consist of a building for pre-treatment and Bio-treatment with an administration part, a building for sludge treatment, as well as two rotten tanks. The triggering need for the measure is the Government Manager ́s decision on amending the licence for Øra treatment facility, where secondary treatment is required. The project consists of 7 different contracts: E01 Preparatory ground work (NS8405 with interaction) E02 Building (NS8407 with interaction) E11 Pre-treatment (NS8407 with interaction) E12 Bio (NS8407 with interaction).
