In this tender, the Ordering Party wishes to obtain offers for the Framework Agreement regarding consulting assistance for consultancy and further development of Copenhagen Municipality's ServiceNow platform, including self-developed solutions that are part of this, primarily on the ServiceNow HR module and, to a lesser extent, other ServiceNow modules, including ITSM module, CSM module, FSM etc. as well as related products. In addition, there is assistance for the development and design of integrations/scripts against the platform, design and development of solutions on Now Mobile as well as assistance with strategic ServiceNow projects, which continuously defines over the term of the contract.
