Description : This Request for Prequalification (RFPQ) is for seeking security vendors to service, troubleshoot, repair and quote existing and new work when it comes to cameras, network video recorders and emergency call boxes, at the Region of Waterloo, Ontario. The roster of prequalified proponents will be in place from August 1, 2024 to July 31, 2027 with the option to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods ending July 31, 2029. Only vendors that are on the prequalified roster will be invited and allowed to bid on Security Hardware Services Contracts and large capital projects during this time frame. Bid Document Access: Bid document preview, bid opportunity, and award notices are available on the site free of charge. Suppliers are not required to register for a bid opportunity prior to previewing unsecured bid documents.
