Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-05. This combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. North American Industrial Classification Standard 332999 applies to this solicitation; business size standard is 750 employees. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to award under a different NAICS if the company would qualify as a small business under the solicited NAICS.

The following is needed:

The 126th Air Refueling Wing has a requirement for a Pressure Blasting Cabinet that can reduce military personnel exposure to Hexavalent chromium. The Government-s intent is for vendor to provide Pressure Blasting Cabinet to the 126th Air Refueling Wing. The Pressure Blasting Cabinet should have the same or similar characteristics listed below:

-approximately 55" W x 50" D x 45" H Interior Work Dimensions

-approximately 900 CFM, Reclaimer and Dust Collector

-approximately 57.5" deep x 61" Wide x 87" High Exterior footprint of Cabinet

-approximately 62" Deep x 50" Wide x 93" High Dust collector/reclaimer footprint

-Air-powered Vertical Lift Door

-approximately 40-inch Diameter Turntable

-Have specifications suitable for military aircraft part blasting

-Must be able to reduce personnel exposure to blasting equipment with hazardous coatings
