1. The Department of Agrarian Reform, through the General Appropriations Act of 2024 and based on the Annual Procurement Plan for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Philippine Pesos One Million Four Hundred Forty-Six Thousand only (PhP 1, 446, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Preventive Maintenance of Airconditioning Units at the DAR Central Office for CY 2024/PBD-043B-24-07 (Re-bid). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
