Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE OF ANESTHESIA VAPORIZERS FOR USE AT THE OPERATING SECTION OF TARLAC PROVINCIAL HOSPITAL
1. The Provincial Government of Tarlac through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 200, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Preventive Maintenance Service of Anesthesia Vaporizers for use at the Operating Section of Tarlac Provincial Hospital/ B-G-2025-001-JL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Tarlac now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by fifteen (15) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
