Detailed_Description : The objective of this RFP is to provide OECM Customers the ability to purchase Products and/or Services to satisfy their requirements, to reduce the costs of competitive procurement processes associated with the Products and/or Services on an ongoing basis (i.e. fewer competitive procurement documents issued by Customers), and to ensure that the Agreement evolves to accommodate market innovations.The purpose of this RFP process is to select Suppliers that will:Provide OECM Customers with access to a wide range of Products and Services;Provide OECM Customers with access to feasible and affordable pricing for a wide range of Print Products and services;Provide OECM Customers with professional and responsive Customer support and account management;Work in a cooperative manner with Customers, are flexible, and innovative in providing quality Products and Services and, Ensure timely deliveries at the lowest cost to the Customer and the Supplier.
