Digitalization and printing equipment tends to suffer a series of problems due to the use, dirt, heating, damage to their internal parts, expiration of consumables generating poor performance, maintenance expenses, purchases of minor or greater spare parts, as well as a major Energy consumption due to the wear of its components. As part of the institutional effort in the acquisition and implementation of network and communications infrastructure technologies. As well as the applications developed (SNE, Integrated Electronic Judicial File Management System, Email, Digitalization Project, Lawyer Carnetization, Digital Transformation of the Judicial Branch and others) and implemented for digitalization in the different Judicial Headquarters and Administrative Offices with internal and external users, so it is necessary to have the equipment in optimal conditions so that these transformations can be carried out.
