Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderer must be registered in the e-GP system under appropriate user category of procurement process in order to have appropriate access point and to get working dashboard with authorized functions in e-GP System.2. Tenderer in its own name or its other names or also in the case of its Persons in different names, shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt, fraudulent, collusive or coercive practices as stated under ITT Clause 3.3. Tenderer shall be solvent, e.g. the Tenderer is financially capable to perform the contract for the proposed Procurement.4. Tenderer shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes under the provisions of laws and regulations of Bangladesh.5. Bonafide Offset Printers of Bangladesh.6. Press declaration certificate, Bank solvency certificate, Current Bill Paid Receipt (Up-to-date), House rent receipt (Up-to-date), Machineries Descriptions, Working facilities etc.7. Experienced tenderer like those who had worked bulk and supplied the same Answer Script attached with OMR Sheet with Litho Code in renowned public university or education boards in Bangladesh will be preffered first for this work.8. Similar nature of works: 80, 00, 000.00 ( Eighty lac BDT) in a single work order.9. The tenderer must have at least two colour web offset printing machine with in line automatic dye perforation machine, automatic number printing machine and automatic sheet cutter, All these setps (Printing, Numbering, Litho Code, Perforation and Cutting) must be done automatically in same line and same time of production.10. The manufacturers must ensure guarantee of 'No rejection' of the supplied forms by the OMR machine. 'No rejection' certificate must be submitted.11. OMR Facilities: The tenderer must have OMR machine for random testing of the forms during the process of production
