THE SERVICE CONSISTS OF THE RENTAL OF MULTIFUNCTIONAL BLACK AND WHITE, FULL COLOR PHOTOCOPY EQUIPMENT, FOR PHOTOCOPIES AND PRINTING OF LETTER, OFFICIAL, EXTRA OFFICIAL, DOUBLE LETTER AND TRANSPARENCY LETTER SIZES, FORMATS A0, A1, A2, DRAWINGS BY METERS, THE SUPPLY OF CONSUMABLES FOR OPERATIONd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28OF THE TEAMS; TO BE DISTRIBUTED IN THE THREE OPERATIONAL AREAS OF PETROLERA SINOVENSA, S.A. THE EQUIPMENT MUST HAVE THEIR RESPECTIVE UPS FOR THE ELECTRICAL GUARD. THESE SERVICES INCLUDE THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF EQUIPMENT THAT BREAKS DOWN, MONTHLY PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND CORRECTIVE MAINTENANCE.IN THE EVENT OF ALL EQUIPMENT FAILURES, THEY MUST INCLUDE THE SPARE PARTS, LABOR AND UPS, THEY MUST ALSO HAVE A SPECIALIZED TECHNICAL SERVICE. THE EQUIPMENT WILL BE IN THE FACILITIES OF PETROLERA SINOVENSA, S.A., IN A SECURE SITE FOR ITS SAFETY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THE STANDARDS FOR THE COURTCTO AND PROPER OPERATION THEREOF. FOR THE DAILY OPERATION OF THE EQUIPMENT AND SERVICES INDICATED ABOVE, THE CONTRACTOR MUST PLACE AN OPERATOR IN EACH LOCATION WHO MUST HAVE PREVIOUS AND PROVEN EXPERIENCE RELATED TO THE ACTIVITIES TO BE EXECUTED. THE CONTRACTOR'S PERSONNEL ISSUBJECT TO THE RULES GOVERNING PETROLERA SINOVENSA, S.A., REGARDING SAFETY, AND ALL INTERNAL OPERATIONS REGULATIONS. PETROLERA SINOVENSA, S.A. THE RIGHT TO ADMISSION OF THE SAME IS RESERVED. THE ABOVE-MENTIONED OPERATOR WILL BE DIRECT PERSONNEL OF THE CONTRACTOR, WHO MUST COMPLY WITH TODES THE WORK OBLIGATIONS OF THE CASE.
