Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PRINTING OF FLYERS, BUSINESS PLANNERS, IEC MATERIALS & TARPAULIN FOR USE OF VARIOUS OFFICES
1. The City Government of Muntinlupa, through its duly approved 2023 Supplemental Budget, 2023 Executive Budget intends to apply the sum of Two Million Two Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Nine Pesos & 32/100 (P2, 224, 229.32) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Printing of Flyers, Business Planners, IEC Materials & Tarpaulin for use of Various Offices/11248, 11172, 11349, 10724, 10982, 10962, 11244, 11207, 10957, 11139, 11249, 11365, 11225 & 11307. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Muntinlupa now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 15-30 days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
