The purpose of this request for information is to select a primary service provider to deliver printing services related to AUC public notices and public information brochures for a term of five years.The AUC reserves the right to enter into direct negotiations with any proponent(s) to determine if a mutually acceptable agreement can be reached based on the responses and information received in response to this request for information. If all responses are determined to be unsuitable, the AUC, at its sole discretion, can choose not to proceed any further.The AUC is not seeking a firm contractual commitment or legally binding offer from any proponent. Proponents and the AUC shall not be contractually obligated to each other in any manner.
