The Defense College (FHS) needs for printing services can be divided into three main areas:

1. Office pressure

2. Printing of information materials

3. Printing of Publications

The need for office printing is found throughout the organization and refers to envelopes, business cards, conference pads, etc. Since there are many users, bestallation can be done easily. The need for printing of information material is primarily from the communications department and within the commissioned training activities. Printed publications refer to publications, books and reports. FHS is also in need of graphic services. When producing publications, there is a need for support in the entire work process.

Furthermore, FHS needs other services, e.g. online book store, warehousing, template production, cover production and digital publishing. With regard to the online book store, the supplier must operate the FHS web book store. Content must be entered by FHS. Theit is FHS that sets prices. The online book store must be linked to the FHS website and contain information on all publications for sale.
