Tenders are invited for Printing & Supply of Scratch-Off (Instant) Lottery Tickets (Including Designing, Developing and Variable Imaging) to the National Lotteries Board for a Period of Two Years.
A payment of non-refundable fee of Rs. 20, 000/- (Twenty thousand rupees) inclusive of VAT. The method of payment should be in cash.
Sealed bids in duplicate under registered cover should be posted to reach "The Chairman, Department Procurement Committee (DPC ), C/o National Lotteries Board, No. 32, Deshamanya N. W. J. Mudalige Mawatha, Colombo 01" or deposited in the Tender Box provided for this purpose at the 5^ Floor Administration division of above address on or before 2.30 p.m on 26.10.2023.The words" Bid for the printing & supply of scratch-off (instant) lottery tickets (including designing, developing and variable imaging) to the National Lotteries Board for a period of two years. ( Bid No - NLB/SUP/SCRATCH/11/20220052 )" shall be written on top left hand corner of the envelope. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amounting to Rs.1, 131, 000/- ( Rupees one million one hundred & thirty one thousand) valid for a period of 119 days (from 26.10.2023 to 21.02.2024 ) furnished from a commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka registered under Central Bank of Sri Lanka, to beneficiary as Chairman, National Lotteries Board, No. 32, Deshamanya N. W. J. Mudalige Mawatha, Colombo 01.
The successful bidder should furnish a performance bond which is 10% of the contract value.
