inventoried facility is subject to the ff. conditions:
1. Only DECLARED warehouses and molasses tanks as per attached listings are subject for payment.
2. In cases where there are empty warehouses/molasses tanks at the time of inventory, only one will be charged.
3. Minimum number of surveyors required- eight (8).
NATURE OF WORK:
1. To take the actual measurement of a) every sugar pile (bulk & bagged) and get the volume of stock pile; b) molasses contents of tanks and other facility.
2. To establish the actual density of the bulk & bagged sugar, and/or use the standard density, which-ever is applicable to the physical conditions of the stockpile and molasses stock.
