The Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) is requesting proposals for the delivery of proctored, computer-based exams for its regulatory licensing programs, including the Structural Pest ControlService (SPCS) for commercial and noncommercial applicators and technicians, agriculturepesticide applicators, and Weights and Measures Program for service technicians to improveservice delivery and simplify the process of testing, while reducing the overall administrativeburden to applicants or licensees (examinee). TDA's objective is to select one Contractor toadminister the testing at multiple locations throughout the State of Texas in a monitoredenvironment with the use of exam proctors.
