ITEM DESCRIPTION
a. Set-up, installation, supply of Internet Connectivity at least 500Mbps (Dedicated line)
b. Shall provide the necessary hardware, terminations and configuration to set-up the internet connection
c. Inclusive of /29 IP Block or 5 usable IP Addresses
d. Provision of 24/7 support services and a dedicated customer relations manager for all concerns regarding billing, technical and other requirements
e. Can conduct testing during the service delivery showing the bandwidth requirement
f. Service Level Availability of 99.6%
g. Provide diagnostic reports and updates in case of connectivity failure
h. Provide a single point of contact for customer support in both areas of network connectivity and internet access
i. Delivery time: 15 working days
j. TERM:
The term of agreement is 12 months from the date of acceptance of the service
k. Acceptance of service will start at the end of contract of current Internet Service provider which is May 2025
