Description : The Quantum Technologies Innovation Centre (QTIC) at the University of Bristol provides SMEs, students, researchers and industry with facilities and equipment to support innovation in Quantum and related technologies. Most of our members are developing silicon chips, including integrated photonics systems. We maintain a pool of equipment which is available for users to rent on a flexible basis. We focus on providing equipment that is likely to be in demand by current and future members.The equipment required is 2 single photon detectors to support the development of quantum technologies including Quantum Key Distribution, Quantum Computing, Quantum Networking and Quantum Imaging. The equipment will be used by a variety of users, so ease of use and robustness are important.
