Information for Tenderer/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. Tenderers having Up-to-date Trade License, VAT registration Certificate, Income Tax Payment Certificate, Bank Solvency Certificate may submit their Tender through e-GP system.2.Tenderer shall have to submit a sample of offered Filters along with the Tender. Submitted sample Physical Verification Test will be considered during Evaluation.3.If Tenderer does not manufacture or produce the Goods it offers to supply shall submit the Manufacturer-s Authorization Letter.4. Tenderer shall have to submit an End User Certificate mentioning that offered filters were used in V94.2 or SGT5-2000E GT Unit with in last 05 (Five) years and performance of the filters were satisfactory. End Users name, address, phone no, fax no. must be mentioned in End-user-s official pad.5.The Tenderer shall have to submit test report(s) of offered Air Filters from Independent Testing Laboratory as per design standard of EN779:2002/ ASHRAE Standard 52.2-2007/ ISO 16890 or latest version. The test of the filters should have been performed within last five years.6.Certificate from the manufacturer or authorized entities of manufacturer confirming that his offered filters must meet the design specification of the V94.2 or equivalent GT Unit and are new, unused, in good condition and will fit properly without any modification.7.Tenderer shall have to submit Guarantee / warranty certificate from the Tenderer on genuineness of the equipment/ items and its satisfactory performance during the warranty periodWarranty Period: 180 days from the date of R & I.8.Tenderer shall have to submit original Printed Catalogue from the manufacturer including products description/ t...
