Tenders are invited for Procurement and Construction of Multi Storey Building Residential Development in Lekki, Lagos State.

Bilaad Realty is developing an eight suspended-floor multi-use high rise building at its Project located at Lekki - Lagos, and therefore invites competent, financially stable, qualified contractors with cognate experience and established performance on similar projects to express their interest by submitting bids/tenders (Technical and Financial) in consideration for the underlisted works, in an Open Competitive Bidding Process.

Respective envelopes for Technical and Financial bids should be addressed to the Chief Operating Officer, Bilaad Realty Nigeria Limited, Suite 205, Wing A, Shashilga Court, Jahi. Abuja. Furthermore, the reverse side of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder, before dropping off in designated Tender Box no later than 12:00 noon on Monday, 31 January, 2022.
