1. BARANGAY OLD CABALAN, through its 2025 Approved Supplemental Budget, invites bids for the PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY OF IT EQUIPMENTS AND SOFTWARE with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Hundred twenty Thousand Pesos (₱220, 000.00), and any bid exceeding the ABC will be automatically disqualified during the bid opening.
2. The project involves the PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY OF IT EQUIPMENTS AND SOFTWARE to be completed within 15 calendar days, requiring bidders to have successfully completed a similar contract in the past, with eligibility detailed in Section II: Instructions to Bidders.
