1. The Local Government Unit of Santander, through Local Funds intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eight Thousand Ten Pesos Only (Php 208, 010.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement and Installation of Marker Buoys for the Marine Sanctuary. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Santander, Cebu now invites bids for the Procurement and Installation of Marker Buoys for the Marine Sanctuary. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) days after the issuance of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
