Tenders are invited for Procurement and Installation of Special Baby Care Unit Equipment

COLLECTION OF BID DOCUMENTS
Bid documents shall be obtained at the procurement department on payment of Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) only per lot to Federal Medical Centre Jigawa, at any reputable commercial Bank in Nigeria.

5. SUBMISSION OF BID DOCUMENTS
Prospective bidders are to submit bid for each of the Lot desired, two (2) hard copies each of the technical and financial bids with soft copy of financial bid only in MS Excel Format, packaged separately in sealed envelopes and clearly marked as “Technical Bid” or “Financial Bid”. Thereafter, put the two sealed envelopes together in a bigger sealed envelope addressed to: Medical Director Federal Medical Centre, PMB 1022, Birnin Kudu, Jigawa State. The envelope should be clearly marked with (the name of the project and lot number). Furthermore, the reverse of each sealed envelope should bear the name and address of the bidder and drop in the designated tender box at the Head of Procurement office on or before 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 13th July, 2022.

6. OPENING OF TECHNICAL BIDS
Only technical bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for submission at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, 13th July, 2022, at the Hospital Conference Hall, in the presence of bidders or their representatives, while the financial bids will be kept un-opened.
