Description : INVITATION TO APPLY FOR ELIGIBILITY AND TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF ANTI RABIES VACCINE



1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BAGANGA, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites suppliers/manufacturers/distributors/contractors to apply for eligibility and to bid for the PROCUREMENT OF ANTI RABIES VACCINE



2. The prospective bidders must have completed, within the last two (2) years an SLCC that is similar to the contract

to be bid that must be at least 50% of the ABC. However, in the case of Expendable Supplies, said SLCC must be at

least 25% of the ABC. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use

nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.



3. All particulars relative to Eligibility Statement and Screening, Bid Security, Performance Security, Pre-Bidding

Conference(s), Evaluation of Bids, Post-Qualification and Award of Contract shall be governed by the pertinent

provisions of R.A. 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulation (IRR).
