PROCUREMENT OF ANTI RETROVIRAL DRUGS FOR HIV CASES
1. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Matalam, through the SPA-CAIDS CY 2022 Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (Php 2, 000, 000.00) to payment under the contract for the Procurement of Anti Retroviral Drugs for HIV Cases. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.
2. The Local Government Unit (LGU) of Matalam now invites bids for the Procurement of Anti Retroviral Drugs for HIV Cases. Delivery of Goods is required 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project.
