Tenders are invited for Procurement of Architect-Led Professional Services for the Development of Infrastructure
/ Building Standards for Infant, Primary & Secondary Level Education Institutions.

Scope: The Consultant will be responsible for providing services required to develop and complete specification and standards for educational infrastructure within the distinct broad categories but not limited to: Teaching & Learning Facilities for Academia; Administrative Facilities; Recreational & Communal Facilities; Ancillary; Health & Sanitation Facilities; Safety & Security; External & Support Infrastructures; Furnishings & Equipment.

Eligibility:
• Proof of valid Tax Compliance Certificate/Letter (TCC/TCL) along with the page detailing the expiration date.
• Proof of registration and current membership with the Professional Architectural Registration Board;
• Proof of registration and current membership with Profession Board (PERB) for Civil & Structural and Mechanical, Electrical and Planning (МЕР);
• Pedagogy/Educations Expert with experience in design in construction or infrastructure design;
• At least ten (10) years' working experience in design and development of educational infrastructure.
