The canton of Bern, represented by the Office for Unemployment Insurance (AVA), states the procurement of architectural services (according to Norm SIA 112). Several tenant expansion will be planned in the next three years. The regional employment agency centers (RAV) are gradually converted into multispace locations with already defined furniture (see document "B-2 room concept ava"), at existing and new locations. On the other hand, work and training rooms (on site in the RAV) are created for the job seekers. The scope and the time of the individual tenant expansion is not yet known in detail. These are immediately communicated, according to the respective concretization of the property object. In any case, the benefits require the approval of the relevant financial -competent organ.
