The specified quantities are based on previous usage experience kwere determined, so-called empirical quantities. The experimental quantities have been given to determine the total offer price without value added tax in order to evaluate the offers in a sound manner, the quantities procured under the contract may differ from these empirical data. Only the unit prices are indicated in the annex to the contract to be concluded. The tenderer undertakes to issue an order with a total value of 70% of the total sum fixed in the framework contract. The bidder must submit his bid in the knowledge of the above321/2015. (x. 30.) To the provisions of § 46, paragraph (3) of the Government Decree.
