INVITATION TO BID

PROCUREMENT OF AUTO SPARE PARTS

1. The Local Government Unit of Tiwi, Albay, through General Fund for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos & 10/100 (₱683, 674.10) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Auto Spare Parts with Identification No. 2024-Goods-01. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Tiwi now invites bids for above procurement of goods. Delivery of the Goods is required 10 days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
