PROCUREMENT OF AUTO SPARE PARTS

1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Local Government Unit of Tiwi, Albay, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the negotiation for the Procurement of Auto Spare Parts with Identification No. 2024-Goods-01 in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (R-IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.

2. The Approved Budget for the Contract is Six Hundred Eighty-Three Thousand Six Hundred Seventy-Four Pesos & 10/100 (₱683, 674.10) inclusive of all applicable taxes.
