INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF BIO FERTILIZER FOR FARMER
1. The City Government of Palayan, through the 5% CALAMITY FUND intends to apply the sum of (Php1, 280, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the procurement of bio fertilizer for farmer Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The City Government of Palayan now invites bids for the procurement of bio fertilizer for farmer.
Completion of the project is required as provided in the Specials Conditions of Contract and the Technical Specifications as provided in the BID Documents. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
