The Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, through the General Fund of the Local Government Unit intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Peso(S) (Php 124, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Catering Services Without Venue (FOR PISTA SA KINAIYAHAN CELEBRATION (2ND QUARTER OF 2025)) /25-0625.
Financial proposals received in excess of the ABC of each lot/entire project and/or the cost per item, shall not be accepted.
