INVITATION TO BID FOR

PROCUREMENT OF CHILD-FRIENDLY

EQUIPMENT FOR CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTERS

1. The Municipality of Kananga, through the General Fund (GF), intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for GOODS24-04-035 - Procurement of Child-friendly Equipment for Child Development Centers. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Kananga now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required from Forty-Five (45) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
