• The Local Government Unit of Kabugao, through Resolution No. 85 Series of 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand Pesos (Php 165, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement for the Conduct of Geological and Geohazard Assessment Survey for Proposed Sanitary Land Fill under Contract No. SF Goods 2025-105. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
