Eligibility of Tenderer : Eligible national bidders having valid Trade License fulfilling the following Qualification Criteria:1. Medical Product Registration Certificate2. Supplier Registration Certificate from Department of Medical Products3. Certificate of Analysis (CoA) of the products (testing kits) from the OEM4. Samples - The samples of each items needs to be submitted right after the online tender submission or the office concerned shall communicate on later dates to submit prior to the conduct of the Tender Evaluation meeting to the office of CSMDD, BFDA, MoH, HQ.
