The Municipality of Esperanza, Masbate through Appropriation Ordinance No. 4, series of 2022 and Appropriation Ordinance No. 4, series of 2023 under the Office of the Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Officer intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Thirty-Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (₱539, 700.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Disaster Rescue and Response Equipment, with Project Reference Number (PRN) of ESPERANZA-GDS-2024-06-08. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
