3. PRICE VALIDITY SHALL BE FOR A PERIOD OF THIRTY (30) CALENDAR DAYS.
4. BIDDERS MUST HAVE A LANDBANK ACCOUNT.

8. QUOTATIONS MUST BE COMPLETELY FILLED OUT WITH INFORMATION INCLUDING UNIT COST, TOTAL COST AND GRAND TOTAL. QUOTATIONS WITH MISSING INFORMATION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DISQUALIFIED.
