Tenders are invited for Procurement of Electrical Detonators (4mtr) 1, 000, 000 Nos.For the Cefap Unit of Sl Navy.

Bid guarantee period: All bids must be accompanied by a "Bid-Security", of Sri Lankan Rupees 3, 720, 000.00 (Three Million Seven Hundred Twenty Thousand LKR). The validity period of the Bid Security shall be 120 days or more from the date of opening the Bid. Bid Security shall be valid up to 24th July 2024.

A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the address below upon a payment of non-refundable fee of LKR 35, 000 (Thirty Five Thousand LKR) during working days between 0900 hrs and 1500 hrs from 12.02.2024 to 25.03.2024. The method of payment will be by cash. Bidders are strongly advised to submit the registration certificate under the Public Contracts Act No. 3 of 1987 (when relevant), align with the submission of the BID.
