Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR the Procurement of Electronic Devices with Bid Nos. 25-03-056 & 25-03-057
1. The Cebu Normal University through the Special Trust Fund (STF) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Fifty-Four Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php54, 500.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for procurement of Electronic Devices with Bid Nos. 25-03-056 and 25-03-057. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Cebu Normal University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
