1. The City Government of Malabon, through the M.O.O.E under the SPECIAL EDUCATION FUND for B.Y 2024 intends to apply the sum of SEVEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND pesos only (P 7, 200, 000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF ELEMENTARY STEAM SOLUTION SET (Early Manipulative for Kindergarden) FOR THE USE OF NINOY AQUINO ELEMENTARY SCHOOL AND MALABON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
