Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. The minimum number of years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of Goods as Supplier shall be Two (02) years; counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.2. Tenderer must have experience as Supplier in supply of Goods (Software License/similar goods) of at least one (1) contract successfully completed within the last Five (05) years, with a value of at least Taka Six Lac (Tk. 6, 00, 000/-); years counting backward from the date of publication of IFT in the newspaper.3. The minimum amount of liquid assets, net of other contractual commitments, is Taka 10, 00, 000/-(Taka Ten Lac) only.4. The Tenderers shall have the legal capacity to enter into the Contract, shall have fulfilled its obligations to pay taxes, shall not be insolvent, are not restrained or barred from participating in Public Procurement, should not have a conflict of interest.
