Eligibility of Tenderer : 1. A minimum of 05 (Five) years of general experience in the supply of Goods (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system).2.The minimum specific experience as a supplier in the supply of Similar Goods and related services (Installation, Testing and Commissioning ) at least 1 contract completed successfully within the last 05 (Five) years each with a value of at least Tk 80, 00, 000 (Eighty Lakh Taka. Only) in a single work order in Government / Semi-Government/ Autonomous Bodies of Bangladesh during last 05 (Five) years. (Time will be counted backward from the date of publication of IFT in e-GP system.3.The Tenderer shall submit with its e-Tender the following documents:a. Catalouge and Brochureb. Certificate of General Experience as Tenderer for 05 (Five) Yearsc. NID and Valid Trade License for FY 2023-24d. Valid VAT & TIN certificatee. Income Tax Clearance certificate (FY 2022-23) (Assessment yr 2022-23)f. Certificate of Specific experience for Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of minimum Tk 80, 00, 000 (Eighty Lakh Taka. Only) in a single agreement within last 05 (Five) years in any govt/semi govt/autonomous organisation.g. Document of Minimum Liquid asset of minimum Tk. 90, 00, 000 (Ninety Lakh Taka. Only)h. Manufacturer's authorization.i. Any other terms and conditions mentioned in the tender document.j. The Tenderer Must submit Only One Model for One product. In the case of Model submission, any conjunction such as “Or”, “/”, etc. (For example, in the case of AC Model Submission “GREE/Carrier”, “General or Walton”, etc.) are not acceptable.
