Eligibility of Tenderer : (a) The minimum years of general experience of the Tenderer in the supply of goods and related services as supplier shall be 03 (Three) years. At least 01 (One) contract must have successfully completed with total value of minimum BDT 20 (Tweenty) Lakh only.(b) The minimum amount of liquid asset or working capital or credit facility shall be BDT 22 (Tweenty Two) Lakh only.(c) Having up to date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, up to date Trade License Certificate and VAT Registration Certificate with updated BIN number.(d) Valid manufacturer authorization letter/Product sourcing certificate which are stated in Tender Document, must be submitted.(e) At least 07 days training must be performed by qualified and experienced engineering(Own cost of Tenderer).(f) Other eligibility criteria as mentioned in the TDS and other in the Tender Document.
