Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Procurement of Essential Medicines and Supplies.

A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested eligible bidders pon the
submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of US$ 200.00
(Two Hundred United States Dollars). The method of payment will be as follow:
- Proceed to the PIU Finance Office and make payment, with an official letter from the firm. Bidder can
also make payment through direct transfer to the account details and submit proof of payment:
- The Finance Office will issue a receipt, signed and stamped.
- Take the receipt to Room 138 of the Ministry of Health Main Building on the ground floor where the
Procurement Clerk will issue you a copy of the bidding document and register the name of the firm,
amount paid, date of payment, and the purchase representative-s name and phone number
